Smoky Hollow: studios, shops and old distribution
The Hollow is the most interesting electrical neighborhood in town. Buildings put up for machine shops now hold studios, breweries, gyms and design offices, and the distribution inside them has been added to by six tenants without a single updated directory. We map what's there before we touch it, then wire the new use properly.

Moving into a Hollow space
Before you sign, have us look at the panel schedule and the service size. It is the difference between a build-out that needs a few circuits and one that needs a new service — and that number belongs in your lease negotiation, not in a surprise invoice three months later.
Working around production
Studios shoot, shops run, classes fill. We schedule shutdowns to the hour, do the noisy work early, and keep temporary power on the circuits you can't lose. Two blocks from our shop means we can come back for the last detail without making it a whole visit.
