Rust streaks, a warm deadfront, or a scorch mark around a breaker. If an insurer or a buyer's inspector has already flagged it, bring us the report and we'll tell you what's required versus what's optional.

We look at the existing panel, the service drop, the ground and the run before we quote, then give you one written itemized number that holds for 30 days. Permit fees are listed separately at cost. If we open the wall and find something nobody could have known about, we stop and talk to you first.
