ADU & Remodel Electrical in El Segundo
Complete electrical for garage conversions, backyard ADUs, kitchen and bathroom remodels in El Segundo. We work directly with your contractor and the city plan checker.
El Segundo has seen a wave of garage conversions and backyard ADUs since the state loosened the rules. Each one needs its own subpanel, often a service upgrade at the main house, and a full set of circuits that pass city inspection.
We sub for local remodelers and ADU builders and are comfortable coordinating with the plan checker, framer and drywaller. Rough-in, inspection, finish, inspection, done.
Kitchen and bath remodels are the same process at smaller scale: new circuits, GFCI and AFCI protection, lighting plans and exhaust fan wiring, all permitted.
