Ceiling Fan & Fixture Installation in El Segundo
Ceiling fan installation in El Segundo bedrooms and living rooms, with fan-rated boxes braced to framing, separate fan and light switching, and remote or wall controls.
A ceiling fan cannot hang from the light fixture box that came with the house. It needs a fan-rated box screwed into a joist or a brace. We install the brace, run a separate switch leg so the fan and light work independently, and set up remote or wall control.
New fan locations where there was never a fixture are routine: we fish power from a nearby circuit and add the switch where you want it.
We also hang chandeliers and heavy fixtures with proper support, and swap dated fixtures throughout the house in a single visit.
