Outlets, Switches & GFCI in El Segundo
New outlet locations, GFCI and AFCI protection, USB-C receptacles, three-way switching and tamper-resistant outlets for El Segundo homes.
Older El Segundo kitchens typically have two or three outlets sharing one 15A circuit with the dining room. Current code calls for at least two 20A small-appliance circuits plus dedicated runs for the dishwasher, disposal, microwave and fridge.
GFCI protection is required in kitchens, bathrooms, garages, laundry and outdoors. AFCI protection is required in bedrooms and living areas. We add both at the device or the panel, whichever makes sense for your wiring.
Three-way and four-way switches at both ends of a hallway or stair, USB-C outlets at the bedside, and a dedicated outlet on its own switch for holiday lights are among our most common small jobs.
